ARRIVAL:

We would like all cars to be on site by 11:00am at the very latest.  Anyone arriving after this time may not be allowed onto the site.

PARADE:

If you wish to participate please make it known to the ELMOC tent when you arrive. Parade cars will need to assemble at Whittingehame Drive at 12pm.  The cars will lead the parade will be just under 2 miles and will be at a 10-15Mph so if your car has a habit of overheating then please consider your car.

THINGS TO DO:

There is a tombola for you to try with prizes ranging from a packet of noodles to single malt whisky. 
There will be fun and games around the park provided by Haddington Events Group so feel free to wander about and enjoy all the day has to offer.

If you don’t fancy the BBQ,

Tea tent,various food vans in the park Haddington has a good selection of places to eat from

sandwich shops to restaurants. The high street is only 350 Yards from the park and has a nice selection of shops.

AFTER THE SHOW:

Please try not to leave before 4pm.  There are a lot of children and families about on the day and where the cars will be parked is near one of the public entrances to the fun day and it will have plenty of foot traffic so moving the car will be difficult. If in the event of bad weather during the show we would advise you to stay on site until the majority of the public have left and the park is safe enough to exit with the vehicles.

SHOW LOCATION:

Haddington is 15 miles east of Edinburgh situated on the A1. it is about 60 Mins from Glasgow, Stirling and Perth and only 95 mins from Newcastle.

FROM EDINBURGH

Head along the A1 Southbound until you get to Haddington Abbots View Junction (second one)

Turn right at 1st roundabout then straight over the second.

FROM SOUTH

Northbound on the A1 and Abbots View junction is 10 miles after Dunbar, Take the first left at the roundabout.

Once in Haddington

Follow the road round past National Tyres and go straight through the Traffic lights next to the old Forecourt Garage. Straight on at the next junction following the signs to the Swimming pool. At St Marys Church take the right (past the Maitlandfield House Hotel). Continue along past the swimming pool and the entrance to the park is on the right opposite the swimming pool car park. Those with Satnav head for Mill Wynd, Haddington. EH41 4DB

Once in the park you will be directed to your parking spot by our marshals.
